Background
The LIVE Conference Series is one of ITRG’s largest events. This year, the new theme requires scalable guidelines to ensure consistency across teams.
Following the success of the 2025 conference, the team wanted a refreshed 2026 theme that felt bolder, more playful, and more scalable. I identified that inconsistent visual output from the previous year was caused by unclear guidelines and limited reusable components. To improve consistency and efficiency, I led the creation of the conference branding guidelines and component library, and trained the team on how to apply the assets across touchpoints. This reduced production time by 40% compared to 2025 while improving overall brand consistency.
Design Solution
Our goal was to optimize the design system to make it scalable, accessible, and production-ready for the LIVE conference series. We not only delivered a new design theme featuring more playful and colourful visuals, but also strengthened the brand design system, reducing production time by 30% across the communications and social media teams.
